- Add query semaphore limiting concurrent database queries to 3
- Reuse single iterator in FetchEventsBySerials instead of one per serial
- Disable expensive e-tag fallback lookup in deletion processing
- Add empty ID validation in access tracker loop
- Reduce log spam from GetSerialById empty ID errors
These changes reduce memory usage from ~5GB to ~150MB under load by
limiting concurrent Badger iterators which consume significant memory.

This commit allows skipping authentication, permission checks, and certain filters (e.g., deletions, expirations) when the ACL mode is set to "none" (open relay mode). It also introduces a configuration option to disable query caching to reduce memory usage. These changes improve operational flexibility for open relay setups and resource-constrained environments.
Replaced individual environment variable access with a unified `DatabaseConfig` struct for all database backends. This centralizes configuration management, reduces redundant code, and ensures all options are documented in `app/config/config.go`. Backward compatibility is maintained with default values and retained constructors.
- Introduced test files for the blossom and database packages to improve test coverage and ensure functionality.
- Updated logging practices by suppressing unnecessary log outputs during tests to enhance clarity and focus on relevant information.
- Refactored error handling in the `handle-message` and `handle-req` functions to avoid logging expected context cancellation errors during shutdown.
- Bumped version to v0.25.2 to reflect these updates.
- Implemented graceful shutdown for the HTTP server, allowing for a controlled shutdown process with a timeout.
- Added logging for shutdown signals and server exit to improve traceability during application termination.
- Introduced IP blacklist configuration to enhance security by blocking specified IP addresses.
- Updated database cache configurations to allow dynamic adjustment via environment variables for better performance tuning.
Replaced legacy `*.orly` module imports with `next.orly.dev/pkg` paths across the codebase for consistency. Removed legacy `go.mod` files from sub-packages, consolidating dependency management. Added Dockerfiles and configurations for benchmarking environments.
