- Fix createNIP98AuthHeader and createNIP98Auth in App.svelte to use
  userSigner.signEvent() for all auth methods instead of generating
  mock signatures for nsec logins
- Add direct GET-based download for open relays (ACL "none") to avoid

- Add vendor/ to .gitignore
