feat: Replace contenteditable with CodeMirror 6 editor

- Install CodeMirror 6 packages (@codemirror/basic-setup, lang-markdown, state, theme-one-dark, view)
- Replace Flowbite Textarea with proper code editor in ZettelEditor
- Fix heading level rendering to use correct semantic HTML levels
- Add editor scrolling support with proper height and overflow configuration
- Remove gutter overlay visualization from editor interface
- Maintain AsciiDoc syntax highlighting and dark theme integration
